Tips
After many attempts, I start to think the best workflow with Manga Studiois drawing on paper, scanning the sketch (you can use Manga Studio for scanning but then use normal not 2DLT), then importing the picture as sketch layer (blue color)
go into the ink layer and start inking - then add a color layer for the grey tones.
